Must manufacture products(s) or provide a service that typical NACD members would sell
Must provide a written letter of recommendation from five NACD Distributors
Written Distributor Policy Recommended
Must have a Distributor Sales Manager or an individual(s) who are specifically designated to work with distributors
Must have a Distributor pricing policy that recognizes the value provided by the distribution channel
Is willing to sell to a minimum of 33% of NACD Distributors
