Labeling and Decorating Techniques
How you choose to decorate your package is a critical part of your finished package. Each decorating or labeling technique has its own merit, and some can be combined for extra impact. You can often decorate clsoures too, for additional branding across all your packaging components. Few if any manufacturers offer a full range of printing or labeling, and some offer no labeling services, so understanding who will be decorating your bottles and at what stage in the process (before they reach the filling line, on the filling line, after being filled?) will also help you determine appropriate scrap levels for your container purchase.

Packaging Terminology
Shrink Sleeves: A full-coverage decorating method that conforms to any shape, providing vibrant graphics and tamper evidence.
Injection Molding: A manufacturing process where melted plastic is injected into a mold to form precise, durable parts.
Induction Foil Liners: Liners that create a tamper-evident, leak-proof seal on containers using heat, pressure, and time (PHT).
Hot Runner Mold: A mold system with heated channels to maintain melted plastic flow, reducing waste and improving cycle time.
